During the process of your first purchase with us, on the checkout page you have the option to create an account.Â
If you have registered an account with us, go to My Account page (you will need to login first, then click addresses to update your address.
Please note these changes will only apply to future purchases with us, as once you place an order with us order will be processed within 1 working day and the address is no longer editable.Â
Login and go to the My Account area, click on orders and you will see the status of your order. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a shipping tracking link, click this to view your tracking status.Â
We do not store any credit card details for any orders.
If you setup a subscription with us, your card data is processed by our payment provider and a ‘token’ is used to authorise future subscription payments. If you choose to cancel a subscription with us this token is invalidated.Â
We ship only to the UK.
We aim to ship your order in one package, if an item is purchased then is found to be out of stock, we may ship your order without the out of stock item, then ship the remaining item a later date when it comes back into stock.Â
